This privacy notice aims to give you information on how HEATHER MARCH collects and processes your personal data.

·       Previous professional experience as a model / actress

·       Your photography and video uploaded by you to the campaign

·      Additional information which may be required, for example: hobbies, opinions and statements relevant to the casting brief

2.     Information Collected and Use

·       We collect and use personal information in order to: ·

·       Process applications submitted by you

·       Identity features, stories and habits of our applicants to enable us to match our campaign needs and to match applicants with specific campaigns

·       Contact and select talent to be featured on communication assets (TVC, Print, POS, Website, Social Media Accounts, Internal Communications)

·       Send news and updates via email or telephone for campaigns

·       Administer or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to any agreement you have with us

·       Respond to requests submitted by you

3.     Storage and Processing

As part of the services offered to you, the information you provide to us will be stored in United Stated of America. We may also transfer your personal information to servers located outside the country in which you live or to affiliates or other trusted third parties based in other countries so that they may process personal information on our behalf. By registering for a casting, providing your consent or otherwise providing us with personal information, you agree to us doing so in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

4.     Third Parties

Data may need to be shared with designated third parties who are clients or acting as agents for Heather March. We only disclose information fairly and lawfully and relevant to the casting process. Any approved third party will not make any use of the data other than in ways prescribed by our casting process; it will not be used for marketing purposes, shared with unauthorised third parties or used for commercial purpose. When entering into an agreement with a third party, we will be satisfied their policies are GDPR compliant. In certain circumstances, the Data Protection Act allows personal data to be disclosed to law enforcement agencies without the consent of the data subject.Under these circumstances, Heather March will disclose requested data. However, the data controller will ensure the request is legitimate, seeking assistance from legal advisers where necessary.

5.     Changes to Your Information

Heather March will use reasonable endeavours to update changes and correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them. However, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions. You may amend or delete your photographs, video and personal information at any time by contacting data@heathermarch.co.uk with the following subject “Update data”.

6.     Subject Access Request

All individuals who are the subject of personal data held by Heather March are entitled to: Ask what information the company holds about them and why. Ask how to gain access to it. Be informed how to keep it up to date. Be informed how the company is meeting its data protection obligations. If you are unhappy with the way your Subject Access Request has been processed, you can report a concern to the Information Commissioners Office. www.ico.org.uk/concerns

7.     Prohibited Uses

You will not upload or otherwise use with the service any content that: · incites, advocates, or expresses pornography, nudity, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, hatred, bigotry, racism, or gratuitous violence. · misrepresents the source of anything you post, including impersonation of another individual or entity. · is intended to harm or exploit minors in any way. · invades anyone's privacy.

8.     Rights and Responsibilities

We encourage our Applicants to NOT share information that others could use to harm you. Heather March is not responsible for the content or activities of any applicant-created submission. Heather March reserves the right to amend or change our Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and encourage you to periodically review these guidelines to ensure you are in compliance.

9.     Retention

All personal data will be kept on secure servers until you notify us you no longer wish to remain on the database, or if we contact you five times without response, whichever occurs first. You can opt out at any time by following the link data@heathermarch.co.uk
